Our Mission Statement
The Ischua Valley Historical Society collects, preserves, researches and interprets the historical and cultural heritage of the Ischua Valley region.

We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization operated by a few part-time volunteers.

The Ischua Valley Historical Society, housed at the Miner's Cabin, is located at 9 Pine Street in Franklinville, New York.

We will be open on Sundays by appointment only during the months of June, July and August. Please contact us to make arrangements.

We are available by appointment for tours, as well as genealogical and historical research. If you are traveling to the area, please call (716) 353-0290 to make arrangements before you arrive to ensure that someone will be available to open the facility and assist you.

We are closed for winter during the months of December, January, February, March, and April.
